Angioplasty

Angioplasty is a minimally invasive procedure to restore blood flow in narrowed or blocked coronary arteries. A small balloon is inflated within the artery to widen it, often followed by stent placement to keep it open. This procedure reduces symptoms of chest pain and improves heart function.

Patients with severe coronary artery disease benefit from angioplasty, often avoiding more invasive surgeries. It’s a life-saving treatment that can significantly reduce the risk of heart attack.
